NVIDIA CES Special Address

Omniverse and Mercedes Digital twin programme

ADA LOVELACE architecture is coming to GeForce NOW in the new RTX4080 Pods, including full ray tracing and GLSS 3, adding a new Ultimate membership allowing streaming at 4K at 240 FPS. All RTX3080 members will receive the new Ultimate membership.

the 4070 Ti delivering 3 x performance of the previous 3090 Ti. Consuming half the power of previous generations. 40 Shader TFLOPs, 93 RT TFLOPs, and 641 TFLOPs, available of the 5th of January. (starting price of $799)

RTX laptop growth has outstripped standard laptops, the Ada Lovelace architecture provides a 1.5x reduction in power and a 3x increase in performance in the 40 series laptop form factor, 5th Gen MAX-Q technology leading to a 22x increase in efficiency over the last 6 years.

The RTX 40 series enables 14" laptops to take on the tasks previously only possible on Workstation class PCs.

Today NVIDIA announced the RTX 4070, 4060 and 4050 generation laptops, consuming a third of the power of the RTX 3090, capable of delivering 80FPS at 1440p Ultra gaming. Reducing rendering times from 2.5 hours to 10 minutes, with models starting at $999 released in late Feb. The Ada Lovelace architecture has enabled the release of the new 4080 and 4090 Flagship laptops, achieving 60FPS 3X 4K surround gaming, 3D collaborative 4k60 development in Omniverse providing full scale physics, lighting and materials, starting at $1999 and available from the 8th of Feb.

NVIDIA have extended and improved NVIDIA Omniverse with AI powered tools with a new avatar platform (ACE), to enable 3D real time collaboration and access to models and 3D party tools to bring content to life with the hardware accelerated power of their RTX 40 series processors.

NVIDIA have continued to develop their ISAAC suite of tools supporting robotics development including a new set of tools (ISAAC SIM) to generate synthetic data for training and testing new robotic systems, vastly improving AI model accuracy and speed of training. NVIDIA are also supporting the ROS community with open source tools for physical hardware integration. ISAAC SIM is enabling companies to develop robots trained and developed within a simulated environment and deployed to the real world (Digital twins).
